Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan):

  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout or free above a certain order value (if applicable)

International Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 5–14 business days depending on destination

  • Shipping Fee: Varies based on country and weight

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, undergarments, and customized orders

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving returned items.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
